Vinyasa Flow - designed for the beginner, but challenging enough for those with an active practice .
Learn to link breath to movement, strengthen and stretch the muscles.
This practice will help you relieve stress and provides tools for more peace and calm in your life off the mat.
As a Life & Wellness coach I use each practice to help my students get in touch with their
bodies, needs & desires. I work with them cultivate mindfulness and practice non-reactivity as an essential component for a thriving life.
