Feeling Good is the whole damn point!
I cannot say this enough. We don't have to stay stuck in unhappiness, we don't have to endure life.
When we can use negative, unwelcomed experiences, as guide posts, pointing to what needs focus in our lives, what needs to change, what we can grow. A map to get to feeling bliss.
When you feel good, people around you feel good (by association).
When you feel good, you are more open...
>to new possibiilities
>to new perspectives
>to listening for an opening
>to see another's point of view
Why are we so resistant to feeling good, the kind of joy that is so potent that our sOul orgasms?
Is it because you have been told over and over again, some version of this?
"After joy comes sorrow."
Do you believe there is a price for happiness, joy, bliss?
Bliss feels so good!
Pleasure is nurturing!
Joy is expansive!
When we feel joy, we can easily recover from falls, fails, and unexpected turns in life, because we see them as blips in an otherwise happy, adventurous, amazing journey.
We see them for the GIFTS they expose us to, and, there is ALWAYS a gift.
